I am a creative problem solver and thinker and take pleasure from using my reasoning and emotional skills to help others resolve issues.
In my early career, I worked with young people entering the workplace, was a manager myself and then – to increase my skill levels – I trained in personnel development and management, counselling, then consulting and leadership development and much more. There is always something more to learn and the more extensive my skill set, the more I can offer people who come to me for help. I have a life-long passion for learning and supporting individuals and organisations. I can’t imagine myself doing anything else.
In my more recent years I have developed an expertise for using dialogic theory and processes to help individuals, teams and organisations. I work closely in partnership with Dialogix and have a network of experienced consulting professionals with whom I have worked and built strong, trusting relationships. When the client work demands particular expertise or a team collaboration, I reach out to my network and call on individuals to work with me with confidence.
It’s not possible to learn about what makes an organisation tick and be successful without learning about one’s self – and when I can help my clients see what they have not been able to see before, that really makes me happy and fulfilled.
Donata Caira, Owner

Organisations are composed of many relationships and I am interested in helping my clients explore and improve their working relationships in service of their own development and that of their organisation, so that they can have a fulfilling and satisfying work life. For me, personal and relationship development is at the heart of organisation development, change and business success. It is in this area I have chosen to concentrate my practice and add most value.
I am highly motivated, enthusiastic and insightful about group interactions. I value authenticity and model this quality in my client relationships and encourage it in my clients’ practice. I am tenacious and prefer to work through difficult patches until we (myself and my clients) feel satisfied with the outcome.
I relate to my clients as whole persons, engaging in the richness of their lives and not compartmentalising their business existence.
Over the years I have gained a reputation for facilitating in a flexible and relevant way. My practice has developed to include a wide variety of consulting interventions; coaching, workshop design and facilitation, small group development, large group conversations and working on certified programmes.
My practice is principally concerned with Dialogue and Structural Dynamics to identify emerging patterns in both the individual and whole systems. Structural Dynamics is a theory of communication which helps individuals, teams and organisations map and understand their behavioural preferences and patterns. Click here to hear more about Structural Dynamics from David Kantor, who developed the theory.
