As a specialist in Structural Dynamics, Dialogue and Coaching the Childhood Story I support people to be in touch with their more authentic self. Through the process of action and reflection my clients develop a set of powerful leadership practices, unique to themselves and the context they are in.

I encourage those I work with to address underlying issues that are being avoided. In doing so they develop healthy, sustainable organisations and relationships with benefits that can be seen long after my work is done.
